1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of products from the Elevate online store operated by LS Health HK Pty Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong with its registered office at 43/F One Taikoo Place, 979 King’s Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong (“we”, “us”, “our”).

LS Health HK Pty Limited acts as the merchant of record for purchases made through the Elevate online store for customers in Hong Kong and certain international markets.

By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred by applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded or modified by agreement.


2. Products

Our products are dietary supplements formulated for wellness and nutritional support. Product descriptions, images and statements on our website are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any dietary supplement.

Elevate products are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Individual results may vary and the information provided on this website is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice.


3. Orders and Pricing

All prices are displayed in the local currency of the market you are purchasing from (AUD, SGD or HKD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch. An order is accepted only when we send a confirmation email.


4. Subscription Orders

Where you select a subscription, you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method on a recurring monthly basis at the then-current subscription price. You may cancel, pause or modify your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us. Changes take effect from the next billing cycle. No cancellation fees apply.

We may change subscription pricing from time to time. Any pricing changes will be communicated to you before your next billing cycle.


5. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed at the time of order (or at each billing cycle for subscriptions). All transactions are processed securely through regulated third-party payment service providers.


6. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.


7. Returns and Refunds

Nothing in this section affects any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Please refer to our separate Returns Policy for full details.

If a product is faulty, damaged or otherwise does not meet applicable consumer protection standards, you may be entitled to a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with applicable law.

We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. As our products are dietary supplements intended for personal consumption, all sales are final unless the product is faulty, damaged or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer protection laws.

You must not resell products purchased from our store without our prior written consent. Products are sold for personal use only.

All content on our website including the Elevate and CellVive NMN™ brand names, logos, product names and imagery are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You must not reproduce, distribute or otherwise use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

We collect and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. By placing an order you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law (and subject always to your rights under the ACL), our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.


12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.


13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new “Last updated” date. For subscription customers, material changes will be communicated before the next billing cycle.
